Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites & Spa - Punta Prima (Menorca)

Great splash park and tennis courts kept the kids happy! Our sea view suite was spacious and perfect.

The breakfast food was outstanding, different choices to eat like slices of fresh bread, cereal, hot waffles, pastries, and fruit. The room they gave us was newly remodelled and updated with all the basic requirements, wardrobes, for example.

There were too small beds in our room.

Came here for trip, had great 4 days overall. Exceptional service, although a few employees were quite rude.

Breakfast, it was very basic, could definitely be improved.

The location is great and the staff are super friendly, big shoutout to jefferson, tessa, antonio, and nathy! The room was really spacious and the housekeeping was quick, our room was super clean when we came back from breakfast. The kids had a blast at the splash park and there were plenty of sports facilities to keep them entertained.

The food could be hit or miss, sometimes it was just lukewarm and the entertainment options in the evenings were lacking. The rooms could use a little updating.

The food was superb - probably the best I have ever tasted. The Chef cooked your meals to order with a fantastic selection of meats, fish, vegeterian etc. However the cost of drinks at the bars and wines was very excessive. Much better to go off complex and buy drinks at less than 50% of the complex cost.

The room was en-suite, with a view over the sea. We loved having a small kitchenette.

The reasons I'm conflicted

The spacious Prestige Suite offered fine sea views and ample room for relaxation, complemented by an attentive and friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable.

The dining experience was marred by poor quality meals, often lukewarm, and we encountered frustrating queues at a busy buffet during peak hours.

no waiter service atthe pool, no effective air-conditioning in the rooms , no music at the bar , to many children ,

Thought the whole place was excellent. very clean, the food was good and all the staff polite and helpful.

The apartment and balcony were excellent. Generally the staff were cheerful and helpful. We had a relaxing holiday.

The establishment states that it is 5 star, when you consider everything it is not 5 star, particualrly the food served for dinner. Too much quantity and not enough quality. Breakfast was OK, but again not 5 star quality. For a mature couple like us there were far too many children, even though they were generally well behaved.

The coastal path allowed me to enjoy scenic walks daily.

The suite we stayed in was huge and had stunning sea views, we loved every moment spent relaxing there. The massage services were incredible, and the outdoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a little hiccup with the TV channels being mostly in Spanish, but it didn’t overshadow the fantastic experience overall. 😊
